Abstract:Objective To establish and practice Corona Virus Disease 2019 prevention and control system for pregnant women.Methods The data were collected from the Obstetrics Department of Shenzhen Maternal and Child Health Hospital Affiliated to Southern Medical University from February 1 to March 31,2020.A Corona Virus Disease 2019 infection control area was established,and the prevention and control system of Corona Virus Disease 2019 in pregnancy was formulated and improved.The prevention and control process were established,and the prevention and control training team were established,and the protection and isolation disinfection mechanism was formulated.Results Corona Virus Disease 2019 pneumonia prevention and control system for pregnant women was successfully established,and the prevention and control system of new pregnancy coronavirus infection prevention and control area,obstetric fever clinic,isolation delivery room,isolation operation room and isolation ICU ward were set up separately.The system and process were perfect,the first pass rate of medical staff training was 96.06%,and the smooth operation of Corona Virus Disease 2019 prevention and control system for pregnant women was guaranteed.Conclusion Corona Virus Disease 2019 prevention and control system for pregnant women during epidemic period is beneficial to the investigation of suspicious pregnant women with Corona Virus Disease 2019 and the normal treatment needs of ordinary pregnant women,which can fully protect the safety of pregnant women.
