Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of Critical Thinking and Nursing Clinical Decision-Making course in middle and higher vocational nursing specialty.Methods A total of 60 nursing students of grade 2016 from February to July 2019 in Shanghai Pudong New Area Health School were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the experimental group(30 cases)and the control group(30 cases).The experimental group was taught 30 hours Critical Thinking and Nursing Clinical Decision-Making course before the transition.The control group did not practice the course.The clinical decision-making ability and satisfaction of the course were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of clinical decision-making ability of secondary and higher vocational nursing students were lower,but the scores of total score,weighted total score,goal determination,decision-making,implementation decision-making and evaluation feedback of nursing students in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference were statistically significant(P≤0.01).There was no significant difference in the the problems found between the two groups(P>0.01).The satisfaction rate of students was 93.1%.Conclusion The curriculum setting of Critical Thinking and Nursing Clinical Decision-Making course can improve the clinical decisionmaking ability of students majoring in integrative nursing in middle and higher vocational colleges,it is worthy of further teaching practice research and promotion.
