延续性健康教育在改善产后盆底功能中的应用效果分析

摘要目的探讨延续性健康教育在改善产后盆底功能中的应用效果。方法选取我院2019年1月～2020年1月收治的100例足月正常分娩产妇为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为观察组（n=51）与对照组（n=49）。观察组出院后采取延续性健康教育，对照组采取常规出院指导，比较两组的训练依从性、盆底肌力恢复情况、盆底肌功能障碍总发生率、满意度。结果观察组的依从率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组的盆底肌力恢复情况优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组的盆底肌功能障碍总发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组的总满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论产妇产后予以延续性健康教育能提升产妇训练依从性，改善产妇盆底功能，降低盆底肌功能障碍发生率，提升产妇满意度，值得推广应用。

Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of continuous health education on improving postpartum pelvic floor function.Methods A total of 100 cases of full-term normal delivery mothers who were treated in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the observation group(n=51)and the control group(n=49).The observation group received continuous health education after discharge,and the control group received routine discharge guidance.The training compliance,pelvic floor muscle strength recovery,total incidence of pelvic floor muscle dysfunction and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The compliance rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The recovery of pelvic floor muscle strength in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total incidence of pelvic floor muscle dysfunction in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Continuing health education for postpartum women can improve maternal training compliance,improve maternal pelvic floor function,reduce the incidence of pelvic floor muscle dysfunction,and increase maternal satisfaction,which is worthy of promotion and application.
