Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of laparoscopic fallopian tube surgery on ovarian reserve function.Methods A total of 60 cases of tubal pregnancy who underwent laparoscopic salpingotomy in our hospital from June 2016 to May 2019 were selected and analyzed retrospectively,and the patients were divided into control group (n=30)and study group (n=30)according to different operation methods.In the control group,the laparoscopic salpingectomy was used,and the study group adopted the laparoscopic salpingectomy.The ovarian reserve index before and after operation,immune response index before and after operation,inflammatory response index before and after operation,and in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer(IVF-ET)outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in ovarian reserve index between the two groups before operation (P＞0.05).The number of antral follicles,anti-Muller tube hormone (AMT)and egg in the study group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical differences (P＜0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups of pre-operative immune response(P＞0.05).The number of CD3+and CD4+in the study group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The postoperative CD8+in the study group was lower than that in the control group,with statistical difference(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in inflammatory response between the two groups before operation(P＞0.05).The tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The results of the two groups of IVF-ET included the embryo implantation rate,the clinical pregnancy rate,the early abortion rate and the differences showed no statistical significance(P＞0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic fallopian tube fenestration can effectively reduce the adverse effects of ovarian reserve,immune inflammatory reaction and inflammatory reaction index.It is effective in the treatment of ovarian reserve,and has important clinical application value.
