Abstract:objective To explore the clinical effect of minimally invasive hemorrhoid surgery in patients with severe hemorrhoids. Methods A total of 106 patients with severe hemorrhoids admitted to our hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into reference group (53 cases)and study group(53 cases)by random number table method. The reference group were treated with traditional hemorrhoid surgery method, the study group were treated with minimally invasive hemorrhoid surgery method. The two groups of patients were compared in terms of intraoperative blood loss, hospitalization time, wound healing time, operation duration, total effective rate of treatment, and total incidence of adverse reactions. Results The intraoperative blood loss in the study group was less than that in the reference group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the hospitalization time, wound healing time and operation duration in the study group were shorter than those in the reference group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 94.34%,which was higher than that in the reference group of 64.15%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total incidence rate of adverse reactions in the study group was 9.43%,which was lower than that in the reference group of 33.96%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive hemorrhoid surgery has an ideal effect in the treatment of severe hemorrhoids.Because of the small damage, the wound healing time is significantly shortened, the recovery is faster, the adverse reactions rates are significantly reduced, and the clinical application value is high.
