Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of Paishi Lidan Decoction combined with laparoscopic minimally invasive treatment of extrahepatic bile duct stones. Methods A total of 158 patients with extrahepatic bile duct stones admitted to our hospital from August 2015 to July 2017 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into observation group (79 cases)and control group (79 cases)by random number table method, and both the two groups were treated with laparoscopic minimally invasive treatment, the control group was treated with antibiotics and Magnesium Sulfate after surgery, the observation group was treated with Paishi Lidan Decoction after surgery, and the clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the anal exhaust time, gastrointestinal function recovery time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the total bile acid(TBA),total bilirubin(TBil),conjugated bilirubin(CB)and unconjugated bilirubin(UCB)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the total incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Paishi Lidan Decoction combined with laparoscopic minimally invasive treatment of extrahepatic bile duct stones has a significant clinical effect, which can promote rapid recovery of patients, improve liver function and have fewer adverse reactions.
