Abstract Objective To investigate the current situation and related factors of humanistic care quality of ICU nurses in 8 class A general hospitals in Shenzhen.Methods In April 2020,525 ICU nurses from 8 class A general hospitals in Shenzhen were selected as the research objects,and the humanistic care quality was investigated through questionnaire and WeChat platform.Results Among 525 ICU nurses,487 questionnaires were valid,with effective recovery of 92.8%.The overall score rate of humanistic care quality was 80.0%.Univariate analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in nurse scores among different ages,first education,working years,professional titles,positions,marital status,family or colleagues′ concern for nurses(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the humanistic care quality of nurses aged 30 and above,nurses or charge nurses,head nurses or teaching officers,family members and/or colleagues who cared more about nurses were better(P<0.05).Conclusion The quality of humanistic care of Shenzhen ICU nurses still needs improvement.The independent factors related to the quality of humanistic care in nurse group include age,professional title,post,care from family members and colleagues.
