临床护理路径在小儿输液护理中的应用

Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of clinical nursing path in pediatric transfusion nursing. Methods A total of 70 children requiring intravenous transfusion admitted to Shenyang Children′s Hospital, Liaoning Province from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into the control group (35 cases） and the observation group （35 cases） according to a random number table method. In the control group, traditional transfusion nursing intervention was carried out, and in the observation group, clinical nursing path intervention on the basis of the control was implemented. The children′s transfusion compliance, transfusion residual amount, success rate of puncturing once, pain and nursing satisfaction were compared in the two groups. Results The incidence of active cooperation and participation in the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the incidence of resistance and strong resistance was lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The residual amount of transfusion in the observation group was less than that in the control group, the success rate of puncturing once in the observation group was 94.29%, higher than that in the control group accounting for 80.00%, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the nursing total satisfaction of the observation group was 100.00%, higher than that of the control group accounting for 82.86%, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion In pediatric transfusion nursing, the intervention of clinical nursing path is effective.
