Abstract Objective To explore the application value of intelligent self-controlled analgesia in post-cesarean section analgesia. Methods A total of 100 patients who underwent post-cesarean analgesia in Jiujiang Maternity and Child Health Hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method, with 50 cases in each groups.Patients in the control group used conventional traditional patient-controlled analgesia(PCA),and patients in the observation group used intelligent management postoperative model(IMPA)+ artificial intelligence patient controlled analgesia(Ai-PCA).The visual analogue scale(VAS)scores at different time points of patients of the two groups, the consumption of analgesic pump solution within 24 hours after cesarean section, and the incidence of adverse reactions during follow-up were compared between the two groups. Results The VAS scores of two groups at 1,2,3 days after cesarean section was lower than that at 6 hours after cesarean section in the group, the VAS scores of two groups at 2,3 days after cesarean section was lower than that at 1 day after cesarean section in the group, the VAS scores of two groups at 3 days after cesarean section was lower than that at 2 days after cesarean section in the group, compared among the groups, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The VAS scores of the observation group at 1,2,3 days after cesarean section were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The consumption of analgesic pump medicine in the observation group within 24 hours after cesarean section was less than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).During the follow-up period, the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of intelligent self-controlled analgesia in post-cesarean section analgesia can effectively relieve the pain of patients, reduce the consumption of analgesic pump liquid, and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
