Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Tiotropium Bromide combined with Bufei Huoxue Capsules in the treatment of pneumoconiosis.Methods The clinical data of 82 patients with pneumoconiosis admitted to the Fifth People′s Hospital of Ganzhou City from January 2017 to December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods, they were divided into the control group (Tiotropium Bromide was used for treatment, 40 cases) and the observation group (Tiotropium Bromide+ Bufei Huoxue Capsules was used for treatment, 42 cases), and all were treated for 12 weeks.The scores of lung function, symptoms and signs were compared between the two groups before treatment and 12 weeks after treatment.Results After 12 weeks of treatment, the forced expiratory volume per second (FEV1), peak expiratory flow rate (PEF) and forced vital capacity (FVC) levels in two groups were higher than those before treatment, the FEV1, PEF and FVC levels in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significance (P＜0.05).After 12 weeks of treatment, symptom and sign scores of two groups were lower than those before treatment, the symptom and sign score of observation group was lower than control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Tiotropium Bromide combined with Bufei Huoxue Capsules can effectively improve the pulmonary function and symptom and sign scores of patients with pneumoconiosis.
