门冬氨酸钾镁联合胺碘酮治疗冠心病室性心律失常的效果及对心电图PR间期和QRS时限的影响

Abstract Objective To study the influence of potassium magnesium aspartate combined Amiodarone on treatment of ventricular arrhythmia caused by coronary heart disease and PR interval and QRS duration of the electrocardiogram.Methods 54 patients of coronary heart disease with ventricular arrhythmia treated in our hospital from December 2015 to December 2016 were selected as the research objects，according to the treatment method，which were divided into the research group(n=27)and the control group(n=27).The control group were given Amiodarone,while the research group was given potassium magnesium aspartate combined Amiodarone;the treatment effect of ventricular arrhythmia andheartfunction,adverse reaction occurrence and electrocardiogram PR interval and QRS duration of two groups were compared.Results The treatment effective rate of ventricular arrhythmia of the research group was 92.6%,which was greatly higher than 66.7%of the control group,and the treatment effective rate of cardiac function of the research group was 88.9%,that was significantly higher than 63.0%of the control group，and the differences were both statistically significant(P＜0.05);The difference between PR interval and QRS duration of two groups before the treatment were not statistically significant(P＞0.05),but PR interval of two groups after the treatmentwas significantly longer than that before the treatment,and QRS duration of two groups was significantly shorter than that before the treatment,and the differences were both statistically significant(P＜0.05),howeverthe difference between PR interval and QRS duration of two groups after the treatment were not statistically significant(P＞0.05);The total adverse reaction incidencewas 25.9%,obviously less than 7.4%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Potassium magnesium aspartate combined Amiodarone in treatment of ventricular arrhythmia caused by coronary heartdisease on PR interval and QRS duration of the electrocardiogramhave good treatment effect,which not only can effectively control the ventricul ararrhythmia,but also improve the patient′s heart function,and influence the PR interval and QRS duration of electrocardiogram very little,and cause less adverse reactions.
