Abstract Objective To evaluate the influence of perioperative nursing intervention on postoperative psychological state of cancer patients.Methods Sixty cancer patients who received treatment in Fuxin Second People′s Hospital,Liaoning Province from March 2019 to February 2020 were selected as research subjects.They were divided into two groups by random number table method,30 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received routine care,while in the study group,they were given comprehensive nursing intervention measures.The psychological status of patients before and after operation,the degree of pain at different times after operation,and the postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in the scores of the two groups on the self-rating depression scale (SDS) or the self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) at admission (P>0.05).The scores of SDS and SAS of the study group were at 24 h before operation and 24 h after operation both lower than those of the control group,with statistical differences (P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in visual analogue scale(VAS) score between the two groups at 12 and 72 h after operation (P>0.05).The VAS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group at 24 and 48 h after operation,with statistical difference (P<0.05).The total incidence of complications such as lower limb venous thrombosis in the control group was 26.67%,and 10.00% in the study group,with statistical difference after comparison (P<0.05).Conclusion The perioperative application of comprehensive nursing interventions for gynecological cancer patients can improve their postoperative negative mood,alleviate their postoperative pain and reduce postoperative complications.
