Analysis effect of aerosol inhalation of Budesonide and Ipratropium bromide in the treatment of senile chronic obstructive pulmonary disease |

Abstract ObjectiveTo explore the clinical therapeutic effect of aerosol inhalation of Budesonide and Ipratropium bromide in the treatment of senile chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.MethodsFrom January 2015 to June 2016,60 patients with moderate to severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were selected as research object.They were randomly divided into study group and control group by random number table,30 cases in each group.The study group were given inhaled Budesonide and Ipratropium bromide treatment,the control group were given inhaled with stioke physiscogical saline solation.Peak airway pressure of 10 min before and after treatment with 5 min,SpO2,arterial blood gas pH value,partial pressure of oxygen,partial pressure of carbon dioxide of before anesthesia without oxygen state and after anesthesia recovery without oxygen inhalation after 10 min were observed and compared between the two groups.ResultsBefore the treatment of 5 min two groups of patients with peak pressure,the difference had no statistical significance(P>0.05),after the treatment of airway 10 min study group of patients with peak pressure was significantly lower than the control group.The SpO2,PaO2of the study group of patients were significantly higher than the control group,the partial pressure of carbon dioxide was significantly lower than the control group;the success rate of postoperative 1 h in the study group was 90.00%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group of 56.67%;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe clinical treatment effect of the inhalation of Budesonide and Ipratropium bromide in the treatment of senile chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is remarkable.It is an ideal choice for clinical practice.
