Observation on the distribution pattern of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome in osteoporosis based on cluster analysis |

Abstract Objective To observe the distribution of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome in osteoporosis, to explore the method of objective syndrome differentiation, so as to guide clinical treatment of osteoporosis patients.Methods A total of 216 patients with osteoporosis who were admitted to the outpatient clinic of Guangzhou Orthopedic Hospital from January 2015 to December 2017 were selected as subjects.The epidemiological investigation and research methods were used to collect symptom information and cluster analysis for cluster classification.Results The most reasonable traditional Chinese medicine syndrome of osteoporosis was the four types, the names and proportions of the syndromes were liver qi stagnation (11.11%), qi stagnation and blood stasis (20.83%), liver and kidney yin deficiency(32.41%), spleen and kidney yang deficiency (35.65%).Conclusion There are excess syndromes and deficiency syndromes in the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome in osteoporosis, with more deficiency syndromes, mainly with kidney deficiency and spleen deficiency, and treatment principles should be“treating deficiency with tonifying methods”.Liver qi stagnation is also common, and more common in perimenopausal women, it is treatment should take into account emotional factors that need attract clinical attention.
