Abstract Chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting (CINV) is one of the most common side effects of chemotherapy.CINV often lead to the decline of patients′ compliance with chemotherapy, which seriously affects the quality of life and the implementation of chemotherapy, thus affecting the curative effect.The classification, mechanism, drug control and non-drug control methods of CINV were reviewed in this paper.
