Abstract Lincang Health School based on the foundation of the national secondary vocational education reform and development of model schools, continue to deepen the reform of education and teaching, including reform of training mode, teaching mode, school-running mode, evaluation mode, and innovating education content, strengtheningteam building, improving internal management mechanism.etc. The various systems of schools have been continuously strengthened and completed, and the comprehensive quality of teachers has also been further improved. The reform of personnel training mode and curriculum system has achieved substantial results. The operation mechanism of schoolenterprise cooperation and combination of work and learning has basically been formed, and the level of standardization, scale, informationization and modernization of running schools has been comprehensively enhanced, which has promoted the development of regional vocational education and effectively promoted the development of local economic and social development.
