Application effect of compound thermal insulation nursing after children complex congenital heart surgery |

Abstract Objective To investigate application effect of compound thermal insulation nursing after children complex congenital heart surgery.Methods A total of 68 children with congenital heart disease were selected in our hospital from December 2012 to December 2016,they were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,34 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,the observation group received composite thermal insulation nursing.Changes of vital signs (body temperature,heart rate,mean arterial pressure) during perioperative period (beginning of operation,30,60,90 minutes,and the end of operation),comfort degree,complications were compared between two groups.Results Temperature and mean arterial pressure at times of operation 30,60,90 min,and the end of operation in observation group were higher than those of the control group,while differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Heart rate at times of operation 30,60,90 min,and the end of operation in observation group were lower than those of the control group,while differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Perioperative comfort degree in observation group was better than that of the control group,while difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of complications in observation group was 2.9%,which was lower than that of the control group 20.6%,while difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Composite thermal insulation nursing can improve perioperative safety in children with complex congenital heart disease,which can stable hemodynamics and worth of clinical use.
