康复护理在老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者中的应用效果

Abstract Objective To explore the applicatiion effect of rehabilitation nursing in elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures.Methods From July 2015 to April 2017,200 cases of elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture treated Hongqi Hospital Affiliated to Mudanjiang Medical University were selected as the research objects,according to random number table method,they were divided into the control group (100 cases) and observation group (100 cases).The control group was given routine nursing method,the observation group was given rehabilitation nursing.Surgery,hospitalization,complications,and hip function score (Harris) were compared between the two groups.Results Intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The operation time and hospitalization of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Harris score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of rehabilitation nursing in elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures is effective,which can reduce intraoperative blood loss,shorten the duration of surgery and hospitalization,reduce the incidence of complications and promote the recovery of joint function.
