医院医保管理中PDCA管理模式的应用价值

Abstract Objective To analyze the application value of PDCA management model in hospital medical insurance management.Methods A total of 69 patients admitted to our hospital from October 2016 to October 2017 were selected as the control group for routine management.A total of 69 patients admitted to our hospital from November 2017 to October 2018 were selected as the observation group and adopted PDCA management model.Overall satisfaction,total hospital expenses,drug proportion and length of stay were compared under the two management methods.Results The overall satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Before management,there were no significant differences in total hospitalization cost,length of hospitalization,and proportion of drugs between the two groups of patients (P>0.05).After management,the total cost of hospitalization of the two groups was lower than that before management,the proportion of drugs was lower than that before management,and the length of hospitalization was shorter than that before management,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After management,the total cost of hospitalization in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the proportion of drugs was lower than that of the control group,and the length of hospitalization was shorter than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PDCA management in the hospital medical insurance management can effectively improve the overall satisfaction of patients with nursing,control the hospitalization cost,hospitalization time indicators,and has clinical application value.
