Clinical effect of transcranial stimulation combined with language intervention in the treatment of language retardation in children with cerebral palsy |

Abstract Objective To explore the clinical effect of transcranial stimulation combined with language intervention in the treatment of language retardation in children with cerebral palsy.Methods From January 2017 to January 2019,64 cases of cerebral palsy children with language retardation admitted to the department of pediatric encephalopathy in our hospital were selected as the subjects,they were divided into reference group and study group by the random number table method,with 32 cases in each group.The children in the reference group were treated with systematic language training intervention,while the children in the study group were treated with transcranial stimulation on the basis of reference group.The treatment effect and speech rehabilitation of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in language comprehension quotient and language expression quotient scores between the two groups (P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of language comprehension and language expression quotient in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment,The scores of language comprehension and language expression quotient in the study group were higher than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Transcranial stimulation combined with language intervention in the treatment of language retardation in children with cerebral palsy can improve the clinical treatment effect and promote the development of children′s language system,which is worthy of clinical popularization.
