| Clinical effect of pelvic floor rehabilitation therapy instrument combined with pelvic floor muscle exercise on female pelvic floor dysfunction |

Abstract Objective To explore the clinical effect of pelvic floor rehabilitation therapy instrument combined with pelvic floor muscle exercise on female pelvic floor dysfunction.Methods From September 2017 to January 2019,62 cases of female pelvic floor dysfunction patients admitted to our hospital were selected as research objects,and they were divided into control group(30 cases)and observation group(32 cases)according to the random number table method.Patients in the control group were given pelvic floor muscle exercise,while patients in the observation group were given pelvic floor rehabilitation therapy instrument combined with pelvic floor muscle exercise.The clinical efficacy,pelvic floor muscle strength and quality of life between the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of patients in the observation group was 93.75%,which was higher than 73.33% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment,the pelvic floor muscle strength score,pelvic floor class I and Ⅱmuscle fiber muscle voltage of patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the fatigue degree of pelvic floor class I and Ⅱmuscle fiber were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The scores of psychosis,somatization compulsion,hostility,interpersonal relationship and paranoid ideation in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Pelvic floor rehabilitation therapy instrument combined with pelvic floor muscle exercise can improve the quality of life of female patients with pelvic floor dysfunction,promote pelvic floor muscle recovery,and has good clinical effect.
