Comparison of clinical effects of arthroscopic microfracture and conventional joint debridement in the treatment of knee joint cartilage injury |

Abstract Objective To compare the effects of arthroscopic microfracture and conventional joint debridement in the treatment of knee joint cartilage injury.Methods From April 2018 to April 2019,60 patients with knee joint cartilage injuries treated in our hospital were enrolled as the research objects.By tossing the two-color ball,they were equally divided into the control group and observation group.In the control group,routine arthroscopic debridement was used,while in the observation group,arthroscopic microfracture treatment was adopted.The knee joint function score,motor function score and total therapeutic effectiveness rate were compared.Results After operation,the scores of knee joint function and knee joint function of motion of the two groups were higher than those before operation,the differences were statitically significant (P<0.05).The total effectiveness rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The use of arthroscopic microfracture in the treatment of knee joint cartilage injury can markedly improve the knee joint function and motor function recovery,which is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
