| Application effect of high-quality nursing concept in nursing care of children with acute leukemia |

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of high-quality nursing concept in children with acute leukemia (AL).Methods From January 2017 to September 2018, 80 children with AL in our hospital were selected as the subject of this study.They were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to random number table method, 40 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing mode, and the children in the experimental group were treated with the high-quality nursing intervention under the guidance of the concept of high quality nursing.The complications of the two groups were compared, the improvement of depression and anxiety scores before and after intervention in the two groups were analyzed, and the satisfaction of the family members of the two groups in nursing work was compared by questionnaire.Results The total incidence of complications in the experimental group was 7.50%, which was significantly lower than that in the control group (27.50%), the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05）.Before intervention, there was no significant difference in self-depression scale (SDS)and self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) score between the two groups (P＞0.05）.After intervention, the SDS and SAS score of the two groups decreased significantly (P＜0.05）, the SDS and SAS scores in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05）.The total satisfaction degree of family members in the experimental group was 95.00%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (75.00%), the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05）.Conclusion The application of high quality nursing concept in nursing care of children with AL can improve the quality of clinical nursing care, reduce the complications during the treatment, relieve the children′s negative emotions, and improve the satisfaction of the family members of the children with nursing work, which has high clinical application value.
