| Application effect of safety nursing in vaginal delivery of second pregnancy of scarred uterus |

Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of safety nursing in vaginal delivery of scar uterus with second pregnancy.Methods A total of 102 cases of parturient women with second pregnancy of scar uterus admitted to Jiangxi Changzheng Hospital and the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from January 2016 to June 2018 were selected.They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method,51 cases in each group.Routine nursing intervention was carried out in the control group.On the basis of routine nursing, the observation group was given safe nursing of labor process.The length of hospital stay, blood loss and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The maternal blood loss in the observation group ([251.6+36.4] ml) was less than that in the control group ([844.1±87.1] ml), and the difference was statistically significant (t=9.53, P＜0.05).The hospitalization time of the observation group ([4.0±1.3] d)was significantly shorter than that of the control group ([5.7±1.7] d), and the difference was statistically significant (t=3.46, P＜0.05).Nursing satisfaction of the observation group (98.04%) was higher than that of the control group (80.39%), with statistical difference (χ2=4.69, P＜0.05).Conclusion Based on conventional nursing, safe nursing intervention during delivery, reduce bleeding and hospitalization time, improve the quality of nursing and have high clinical application value.
