| Application value of medical imaging teleconsultation system based on PACS in county hospitals |

Abstract Objective To explore the application value of medical image teleconsultation in County hospitals.Methods A retrospective analysis was made of 314 cases of remote imaging consultation admitted to our hospital from January to October 2018.The data of consultation time, diagnosis, treatment direction, consultation reason and examination type were analyzed statistically.Results A total of 314 remote consultation cases were completed, of which 150 cases were applied for consultation in higher hospitals and 164 cases were consulted in lower hospitals.307 cases (97.77%) received expert consultation opinions within 8 hours, 291 cases (92.68%) got definite diagnosis, 257 cases (81.85) remained in the original hospital for treatment and recovery, and the consultation effect was good.Conclusion The use of medical image teleconsultation system can adjust the unbalanced distribution of medical resources, promote the improvement of the overall medical level of hospitals at all levels, bring obvious economic and social benefits to hospitals at all levels, and have greater practical needs and broad application prospects.
