腹腔镜腹膜前疝修补术与Lichtenstein平片疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝的临床效果对比

Abstract Objective To compare the clinical effects of transabdominal preperitoneal prosthetic (TAPP) herniorrhaphy and Lichtenstein hernia repair in the treatment of inguinal hernia.Methods From January 2016 to May 2017, 86 patients with inguinal hernia unilateral treated in our hospital were selected and divided into the TAPP group and the control group according to random number table method, 43 cases in each group.Patients in the TAPP group were treated with laparoscopic transabdominal preperitoneal prosthetic, and patients in the control group were treated with Lichtenstein hernia repair.The operative time, average length of hospital stay, postoperative leaving bed time, the incidence of postoperative complications and postoperative pain score were compared and recorded between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in mean operation time between the two groups (P＞0.05).The average length of hospital stay and postoperative leaving bed time of the TAPP group were significantly shorter than those of the control group, with significant difference (P＜0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications of the TAPP group was significantly lower than that of the control group, with significant difference (P＜0.05).The pain score of TAPP group at 1, 3 and 7 days after operation was lower than that of control group, with significant difference (P＜0.05).Conclusion Compared with Lichtenstein hernia repair, TAPP have significant advantages in average length of hospital stay, postoperative leaving bed time, the incidence of postoperative complicoations and postoperative pain score.
