Abstract ObjectiveTo investigate clinical effect analysis of the neural behavior detection in premature infants and early intervention in child healthcare clinic.MethodsFrom March 2015 to March 2017,235 preterm infants born in our hospital were selected as research objects.According to the neurobehavioral evaluation and differences of intervention methods,they were divided into observation group(n=110)and control group(n=125).In the observation group,premature infants were provided with neurobehavioral evaluation 3 months after month corrections.If the score less than 37 points,infants were required to be hospitalized and performed with intervention measures such as exercise therapy,physical therapy,and nerve electrical stimulation.If the score no less than 37 points,personalized training at home was necessary after instructing parents.The training was adjusted reasonably according to the actual state of neurological assessment.After 3 month intervention,the development of neural behavior was assessed.In the control group,neurobehavioral screening and status of development assessment were directly performed 3 months after month corrections.The clinical intervention effect on neurobehavioral screening was compared in the two groups.ResultsIn the observation group,the detection rate of nervous abnormality was significantly lower than that in the control group with a statistical difference(P<0.05).With regard to development assessment of the functional areas,the large movement,adaptive capacity,and development quotient were significantly better than those in the control group,which were displayed statistical significance(P<0.05).ConclusionThe implementation of neurobehavioral detection in premature infants has advantages of strong safety and simple operation.Early detection and intervention on neural deviation in premature infants can reduce the incidence of their nerve abnormalities,and improve the motor development as well as intelligence level of premature infants.
