综合护理在缓解PPH术后患者肛门坠胀程度及焦虑症状中的应用

Abstract Objective To explore and analyze the application of comprehensive nursing in alleviating the degree of anal distention and anxiety in patients after PPH.Methods Fifty-two patients with severe hemorrhoids who underwent PPH in our hospital from May 2016 to June 2017 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group by random number table method with 26 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention after surgery,while patients in the observation group received combined comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing intervention to compare the degree of anal swelling and psychological state of patients in the two groups after surgery.Results Before the intervention,there was no significant difference between the two groups in the degree of anal bulge(P＞0.05).On the 1st,3rdand 5thday after the intervention,the scores of anal distension in the two groups were lower than those before the intervention.Moreover,the score of anal bulge in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Before the intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of depression and anxiety between the two groups(P＞0.05).After the intervention,the scores of depression and anxiety in the two groups were lower than those before the intervention,and the scores of depression and anxiety in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).ConclusionComprehensive nursing for patients with rectal mucosal prolapse after PPH can effectively reduce the degree of anal distention and improve mental state,which is worthy of popularization and application.
