舒适护理在降低老年腰椎压缩性骨折术后患者疼痛及提高生活质量中的作用

Abstract ObjectiveTo study the effect of comfort nursing on the pain and quality of life of patients with lumbar vertebral compression fractures.Methods90 cases of compression fracture of the aged lumbar spine were selected in our hospital From March 2016 to March 2017.The random number method was used to divide into control group and observation group,with 45 cases in each group.All patients were treated with surgical treatment.The patients in the observation group were given comfortable nursing care,and the control group was treated with traditional basic nursing.The VAS score and Barthel index score of the two groups were compared.ResultsThere was no significant difference in the preoperative VAS score between the two groups(P＞0.05),and the VAS score in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the Barthel index score between the two groups before operation (P＞0.05).The Barthel index score of the observation group in six months was significantly higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05).ConclusionIn the elderly patients with lumbar vertebral compression fractures,the use of comfort nursing can significantly reduce the pain and improve the quality of life,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
