Clinical research of intraoperative sufficient Atropine preconditioning to inhibit reperfusion of vagus nerve reflex during emergency PCI in treatment for acute inferior wall myocardial infarction |

Abstract Objective To investigate clinical effect of intraoperative sufficient Atropine preconditioning to inhibit reperfusion of vagus nerve reflex during emergency PCI in treatment for acute inferior wall myocardial infarction.Methods All of 104 patients with acute inferior wall myocardial infarction were selected in our hospital from October 2014 to October 2017,and all patients were treated emergency PCI operation.All patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,and there were 52 case in each group.The control group received the routine treatment while the observation group received the intraoperative sufficient Atropine preconditioning.Electrocardiogram and myocardial injury indexes were analyzed in the two groups.Reaction of reperfusion and treatment time were compared between two groups.Results ST segment drop amplitude in the observation group was bigger than that of control group (P<0.05).Creatine kinase isoenzyme,troponin,incidence of bradycardia,incidence of ventricular tachycardia,incidence of hypotension,incidence of asis syndrome,incidence of conduction block,incidence of temporary pacing in the observation group were lower than control group (P<0.05).Left ventricular ejection fraction in observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Opening window time and postoperative out of bed activity time in observation group were earlier than control group,and hospitalization time in the observation group was shorter than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Intraoperative sufficient Atropine preconditioning to inhibit reperfusion of vagus nerve reflex during emergency PCI has significant effect in treatment for acute inferior wall myocardial infarction,which can improve myocardial function and safety.
