ELISA法和化学发光法在血清HIV-1、HIV-2、HCV抗体检测中的应用价值分析

Abstract ObjectiveTo analyse the significance of ELISA and CLIA value on serum HIV-1 antibody,HIV-2 antibody,HCV antibody detection.Methods1188 blood samples collected in our hospital from March 2016 to June 2017 were selected.HIV-1 antibody,HIV-2 antibody and HCV antibody were detected by ELISA and CLIA respectively.Western blot test results as HIV-1 antibody,HIV-2 antibody test gold standard,PCR test results as HCV antibody test gold standard,the diagnostic effects of both methods were compared.ResultsIn the detection of HIV-1 antibody,HIV-2 antibody,the Kappa of CLIA method with Western blot was 0.923,which was higher than that of the ELISA method(0.768).The Youden index of CLIA was 0.999,which was higher than that of the ELISA(0.832).In the detection of HCV antibody,the Kappa of CLIA method with Western blot was 0.898,which was higher than that of the ELISA method(0.831).The Youden index of CLIA was 0.905,which was higher than that of the ELISA (0.831).ConclusionIn the detection of HIV-1,HIV-2,HCV,the sensitivity,specificity of CLIA is higher,and more consistent with the gold standard,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
