Abstract ObjectiveTo explore the clinical value of immunoassay in prenatal examination of pregnant women.Methods60 pregnant women who received delivery in our hospital from March 2013 to February 2016 were selected as the research subjects.Pregnant women who underwent routine testing were used as the control group, and the pregnant women were used immunoassay on the basis of routine test as the observation group,30 cases in each group. The detection rate of abnormal conditions and the satisfaction degree of the two groups were compared.ResultsThe positive detection rate of hepatitis B virus, the positive detection rate of microorganism, the detection rate of syphilis, the positive detection rate of HIV and the total detection rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, with significant difference (P<0.05).The high risk pregnancy rate in the observation group was 10.00%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group(36.67%),with significant difference(P<0.05).The intervention satisfaction degree by immunoassay of the pregnant women in the observation group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(70.00%),with significant difference(P<0.05).ConclusionImmunological examination has significant clinical value in prenatal examination of pregnant women.Through immunoassay, potential factors in high-risk pregnancy during pregnancy can be found in time, and taking targeted measures can reduce the risk of pregnant women during pregnancy, and ensure the safety of pregnant women.
