囊内注射曲安奈德与切开引流治疗耳廓假性囊肿的效果对比

Abstract ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect of intracapsular injection of Cu Ann Ned and incision and drainage in the treatment of pseudocyst of auricle.Methods100 cases of pseudocyst of auricle treated in our hospital from February 2014 to December 2016 were selected and randomly divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method,50 cases in the control group were treated with incision and drainage,and 50 cases in the study group were treated with intracapsular injection of Triamcinolone acetonide.After 30 days treatment,the patients relapsed and underwent two treatment.The clinical efficiency of the first treatment and the two treatment were recorded,and the clinical effects,recurrence,patient satisfaction and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups after 6 months of treatment.ResultsThe total effective rate(92.00%)of the study group after two treatment was significantly higher than that of the first treatment(76.00%)(P＜0.05).After 6 months,the total effective rate(92.00%)of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group (72.00%)(P＜0.05),and the recurrence rate of the study group (4.00%)was significantly lower than that of the control group (30.00%).The total satisfaction degree of the patients in the study group(92.00%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(78.00%)(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the study group (4.00%)was not significantly different from the control group (8.00%)(P＞0.05).ConclusionIntracapsular injection application of Triamcinolone acetonide in auricle pseudocyst patients compared with incision and drainage treatment,clinical curative effect is high,the recurrence rate is low,a high degree of satisfaction,has certain safety,it is worth popularizing in clinical use.
