Study on the biological typing and drug resistance genes of Haemophilus influenzae |

Abstract Objective To investigate the positive rate,the biological type and the drug resistance of Haemophilus influenzae.Methods 200 strains of Haemophilus influenzae were separated from outpatient and hospitalized patients of Huidong County People′s Hospital from January 2015 to December 2016.Biological types and beta lactamase were identified with API NH of France bioMerieux identification system.The drug sensitivity test of 12 antibiotics was performed by K-B disk diffusion method.According to the results of drug sensitivity,TEM-1 and ROB-1 gene of the strains ofⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,andⅣbiotypes were detected by PCR.Results There were 6 biotypes,which were typeⅠ-Ⅴ,andⅧtype.The highest proportion was typeⅢ (38%)and typeⅡ (25%).TypeⅤ,typeⅧwas sensitive to 12 antibiotics.TypeⅣhad the highest antibiotic resistance rate of Ampicillin,Cefuroxime,Ceftazidime,Aztreonam and Azithromycin.35.16% of the strains showed resistance to Ampicillin and other beta lactam antibiotics.34.04%strains produced beta lactam. The positive rate of TEM-1 gene was 54.26%,while the positive rate of ROB-1 gene was 6.38%.Conclusion There were 6 biological type of Haemophilus influenzae in Huidong County People′s Hospital.TypeⅡ and typeⅢ were the dominant biotypes,andⅣtype also shared a certainproportion.TypeⅤ,typeⅧwassensitiveto12antibiotics.Thebiological typewhichwashighestresistancetoantibiotics would be typeⅣ.The production of beta lactamase is mainly mediated by TEM,and just a few strains mediated by ROB-1.To pay attention to the epidemic situation of Hi is of great significance for the selection of antibiotics.
