Study on continuous improvement of medical inspection quality by comprehensive use of modern management tools |

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of using modern management tools to continuously improve the quality of medical examination.Methods A total of 3739 physical examination reports completed in Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Jiujiang City in Jiangxi Province from July 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into a control group(1864)and a research group(1875)according to whether the PDCA cycle was implemented.The control group did not adopt PDCA cycle,and the research group adopted PDCA cycle.The standard of test report,qualified rate of specimen type,sample agglutination rate,severe hemolysis/lipoblood rate,and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The rate of physical examination report,outpatient examination report and inpatient examination report in the study group was higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The qualified rate of specimen type in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the agglutination rate and severe hemolysis/lipoblood rate of specimens in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PDCA cycle method for clinical test quality control has significant application value,and is significantly better than conventional clinical test method,worthy of promotion and application and research.
