术后择时护理模式在促进腹部手术患者术后胃肠功能恢复中的应用

Abstract Objective To explore application of postoperative timing nursing mode in gastrointestinal function recovery of patients undergoing abdominal surgery.Methods A total of 80 cases with abdominal operation from May 2018 to October in Fuzhou First People′s Hospital, Jiangxi Province were selected as research objects, divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method, 40 cases in each group.The control group was intervened by traditional nursing, and the observation group was intervened by postoperative selective nursing.The scores of gastrointestinal related indexes, the first intestinal ventilation, defecation and hospital stay of the two groups were compared, and the nursing satisfaction of the two groups was also compared.Results After nursing, the abdominal distension，exhaust/defecation and pain scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, the first defecation time, exhaust time and length of stay in hospital of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group;the nursing satisfaction scores of the observation group were higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of postoperative selective nursing for patients with abdominal surgery can promote the early recovery of gastrointestinal function, but also can improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing.
