内镜黏膜下剥离术在消化道肿物治疗中的应用价值分析

Abstract Objective To explore the application value of endoscopic submucosal dissection in the treatment of gastrointestinal masses. Methods Sixty patients with digestive tract tumors admitted to Maoming People's Hospital from January 2019 to February 2021 were selected as subjects. They were divided into control group (n=30) and study group(n=30) by random number table method. Patients in the control group were treated with endoscopic mucosal resection,while patients in the study group were treated with endoscopic submucosal dissection. The resection effect, recurrence rate, operation-related indicators and postoperative complications of the two groups were compared. Results The resection effect and recurrence rate of patients in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The operation time, intraoperative bleeding rate and hospitalization time of the patients in the study group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The total incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion The application of endoscopic submucosal dissection can effectively improve clinical resection effect, reduce postoperative complications and recurrence rate, shorten operation time, and promote postoperative recovery in the treatment of gastrointestinal masses, indicating significant clinical value.
