Abstract Objective To explore the effect of full digital design and 3D technology assisted lumbar intervertebral foramen endoscopic surgery.Methods Clinical data of 40 patients with lumbar disc herniation and lumbar spinal stenosis admitted to General Hospital of Pingxiang Mining Group Co., Ltd.from August 2018 to August 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the operation method, they were divided into control group (20 cases) and observation group (20 cases).The control group was treated with conventional intervertebral foramen endoscopic surgery, while the observation group was treated with full digital design and 3D technology assisted lumbar intervertebral foramen endoscopic surgery.The clinical efficacy, operation and complications were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups at 1, 3, 6 months and 1 year after operation (P>0.05).The puncture time and operation time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, and the number of fluoroscopy and intraoperative blood loss were less than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Following up for 1 year, the total occurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The full digital design and 3D technology assisted lumbar intervertebral foramen endoscopic surgery has a significant effect,which is conducive to the smooth operation and less postoperative complications, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
