摘要Objective To discuss the training methods and practical effect of the three-level isolation protection technology during the anti-epidemic period. Methods From January 26 to March 17,2020,the second batch of 72 aiding-Hubei medical staff from Daping Hospital of Army Military Medical University were selected to receive training on Novel Coronavirus pneumonia related knowledge and third-level isolation protection of wear and take off.The isolation and protection technology operation results after training were compared with those of the first batch of 34 aiding-Hubei medical staff selected from Daping Hospital of Army Military Medical University on January 24,2020.At the same time, the occurrence of common problems in the operation of protection and isolation technology were compared between the two batches of aiding-Hubei medical staff. Results The operational performance, pass rate and excellence rate of the second batch of aiding-Hubei medical staff were higher than those of the first batch of aiding-Hubei medical staff, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).The incidence rates of operational problems in the preparation stage, process, hand hygiene, dressing stage and unloading stage of the second batch of aiding-Hubei medical staff were lower than those of the first batch of aiding-Hubei medical staff, with statistically significant differences(P<0.001).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of operational problems in disposal between the two batches of aiding-Hubei medical staff(P>0.05).Conclusion The training method of three-level isolation and protection technology can greatly improve the theory and operation technology of three-level isolation and protection technology of medical staff, and can provide a powerful reserve force for aiding Hubei Province.
