喹硫平辅助治疗抑郁症睡眠障碍的临床效果

摘要目的研究喹硫平辅助治疗抑郁症睡眠障碍的临床效果。方法选取2017年1月～2019年1月吉安市第三人民医院收治的99 例抑郁症伴睡眠障碍的住院患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为实验组（33 例，应用喹硫平治疗）、对照组1（33 例，应用右佐匹克隆治疗）和对照组2（33 例，应用阿普唑仑治疗）。比较三组患者治疗前后的抑郁情绪（汉密尔顿抑郁量表）、睡眠质量改善程度（匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表）、不良反应（药物副反应量表）评分以及临床治疗效果。结果三组患者治疗前的抑郁情绪、睡眠质量及不良反应评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；治疗后，实验组患者的抑郁情绪、睡眠质量评分低于对照组1 和对照组2，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；三组患者治疗后的不良反应评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；实验组患者的临床治疗总有效率高于对照组1 和对照组2，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论喹硫平辅助治疗抑郁症睡眠障碍患者的效果显著，可积极改善患者的睡眠质量和抑郁情绪。

Abstract：Objective To study the clinical effect of Quintiapine in the treatment of sleep disorder in depression.Methods A total of 99 inpatients with depression complicated with sleep disorder treated in the Third People′s Hospital of Ji′an City from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected as the subjects,and divided into experimental group(33 cases,treated with Quintiapine)and control group 1(33 cases,treated with Eszopiclone)and control group 2(33 cases,treated with Alprazolam).The depression(Hamilton depression scale),sleep quality improvement(Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale),adverse reactions(drug side effects scale)and clinical treatment effect among the three groups were compared before and after treatment.Results There was no significant difference in the scores of depression,sleep quality and adverse reactions among the three groups before treatment(P＞0.05).After treatment,the scores of depression and sleep quality in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group 1 and control group 2,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores of adverse reactions among the three groups(P＞0.05).The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group 1 and control group 2,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Quintiapine is effective in the treatment of depressive sleep disorders,and can actively improve sleep quality and depression.
