Clinical effect of Zhengqing Fengtongning Enteric-coated Tablets in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effeet of Zhengqing Fengtongning Enterie-Coated Tablets in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods A total of 80 eases with rheumatoid arthritis treated in Hospital of Liuzhou Iron and Steel Group Co.，Ltd.in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from May 2015 to Oetober 2017 were seleeted as subjeets and were randomly divided into two groups，40 eases in eaeh group.The eontrol group was treated with eonventional western medieine，while the observation group was treated with Zhengqing Fengtongning Enterie-eoated Tablets，and the two groups were treated for 2 months for 1 eyele.In all patients were followed up for 3 months，the first-order parameters，the parameters of the room-room model and the related data of the statistieal moment parameters of Zhengqing Fengtongning Enterie-Coated Tablets after administration were determined，to understand the pharmaeokinetie indexes.At the same time，the ehanges of urie aeid，erythroeyte sedimentation rate and white blood eell eount of the two groups were eompared.The total elinieal effieaey of the two groups was eompared.Results The serum urie aeid，erythroeyte sedimentation rate and white blood eell eount were signifieantly lower than those in the eontrol group，the total elinieal effieaey of the observation group was higher than that in the eontrol group，the differenees were statistieally signifieant（P＜0.05）.The absorption eonstant（A）of the Zhengqing Fengtongning Enterie-Coated Tablets was（11.36±0.02），the elimination half-life（t1/2）was（8.6±1.1）h，and the total area under the drug-time eurve（AUC0-∞）after administration was（560.3±2.0）ng/（h·L），peak time（tmax）was（1.36±0.03）L/（h·kg），peak drug eoneentration（Cmax）was（15.33±0.29）ng/L.Conclusion For patients with rheumatoid arthritis eombined with western medieine treatment based on Zhengqing Fengtongning Enterie-eoated Tablets，whieh has stable administration，short half-life，fast peak time，long effeetive time，so it ean effeetively reduee blood urie aeid and improve blood sedimentation and the overall elinieal treatment.
