Key strategy analysis of reducing the clinical blood test error

Abstract：Objective To analyze the causes of the errors in clinical blood test,and carry out the key strategy in order to reduce the error events.Methods A total of 570 specimens were selected from all these clinical blood examinations in our hospital from January to June 2017,which were evenly divided into two groups,285 cases in each group.The control group was provided with conventional measure for inspecting blood examinations,and the research group was with key strategy.After taking different meansures,the incidence of errors was compared.Meanwhile,the causes of blood sample errors were analyzed and summarized.Results The main causes of occurring errors included inspectors themselves,process of collecting blood samples,blood samples delivering,and process of inspecting.The error rate was 2.11%in research group,while 18.95%in control group.The error rate in the research group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically,significant(P＜0.05）.Conclusion The error events in the clinical blood test will bring certain influence for later treatment,and may cause harm to the body,so it is necessary to analyze the error causes in the blood test,and provide with key strategy in order to avoid jeopardizing the body and improve the effectiveness of inspection.
