Abstract:Objective To exp1ore the c1inica1 effect and safety of ureteroscopic air-pressure ba11istic 1ithotripsy and cho1edochoscopic e1ectrohydrau1ic 1ithotripsy in treatment of intra-and extra-hepatic bi1e duct ca1cu1us.Methods 82 patients with comp1icated intra-and extra-hepatic bi1e duct ca1cu1us treated in our hospita1 from May 2013 to May 2015 were se1ected and random1y divided into the contro1 group(n=40)and the observation group(n=42).Patients in the contro1 group were treated by cho1edochoscopic e1ectrohydrau1ic 1ithotripsy,whi1e patients in the observation group were treated by ureteroscopic air-pressure ba11istic 1ithotripsy.The genera1 condition,tota1 remova1 rate of ca1cu1us,and comp1ications of two groups were compared.Results The time of operation and ca1cu1us remova1 in the observation group was significant1y shorter than that of the contro1 group respective1y(t=5.9922,6.5804,P<0.05).The tota1 remova1 rate in the observation group was 71.4%,significant1y higher than 47.5%in the contro1 group(χ2=4.8781,P<0.05).The incidence rate of comp1ication in the observation group was 4.8%,which was significant1y 1ower than 25.0%in the contro1 group (χ2=6.7171,P<0.05).Conclusion The c1inica1 effect of ureteroscopic air-pressure ba11istic 1ithotripsy is favorab1e in treatment of intra-and extra-hepatic bi1e duct ca1cu1us,with high tota1 remova1 rate of ca1cu1us and high safety,which is worthy to be promoted.
