1例多项神经节苷脂抗体阳性的Miller-Fisher综合征病例报告并文献复习

摘要目的观察Miller-Fisher综合征的临床特点。方法回顾性分析1例Miller-Fisher综合征患者的临床资料。结果患者的临床表现除眼外肌麻痹、腱反射消失和共济失调，并眼睑下垂、双侧瞳孔不等大、眼球固定，且神经节苷脂抗体检测多项阳性。结论 MFS发病率低，临床较少见，且症状复杂多变，需及时腰穿脑脊液常规检查、神经节苷脂抗体检测及肌电图可尽早确诊。

Abstract：Objective To observe the Miller-Fisher syndrome characteristics.Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical data of 1 case of Miller-Fisher syndrome patients.Results The clinicalmanifestations of the patients in addition to the eyemyoparalysis，tendon reflex disappearing and ataxia，and drooping eyelids，anisocoria，eyes fixed on both sides，and ganglion ester were detected with multiple positive antibody.Conclusion The incidence of MFS is low，clinical is rare，and symptom complex and changeable，should be timely lumbar puncture cerebrospinal fluid routine inspection，the ganglioside antibody detection and emg can be confirmed as soon as possible.
