Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical effect of Famotidine combined with Sucralfate in the treatment of acute gastritis.Methods 164 patients with acute gastritis in our hospital department of internal medicine and gastroenterology from January 2014 to June 2016 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table methods,82 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Famotidine intravenously intravenous infusion,the observation group was treated with Famotidine combined with Sucralfate.The treatment effect of the two groups after 1 courses of treatment was compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.1%,which was higher than 85.4%of the control group,with significant difference(P＜0.05).The disappeared time of abdominal pain,diarrhea,nausea,vomiting,fever and other symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,with significant difference(P＜0.05).There were no serious adverse reactions in the two groups,and there was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion The effect of Famotidine combined with Sucralfate in the treatment of acute gastritis is better than that the simple application of Famotidine,and does not cause serious adverse reaction,it is safe and worthy of clinical promotion and application.
