Hospital ethic management based on JCI evaluation criteria

Abstract:According to JCI standards,hospital leadership need to establish a framework for ethical management to ensure that patient care is provided within business,financial,ethical,and legal norms and protects patients and their rights. Ethical framework mainly deals with ethical issues in hospital operations,business and clinical services.Hssospital ethics management should be carried out according to JCI standards and needs the help of the hospital Ethics Committee and it helps to improve the overall level of hospital management and solve ethical problems in medical work,and ease the increasingly tense doctor-patient relationship.
