Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect of intraoperative ultrasonography in the treatment of intrahepatic bile duct stones by systematic hepatic segment resection.Methods48 patients with systemic hepatic resection were enrolled in our hospital from April 2014 to September 2016.The patients were divided into two groups:the control group (n=44)were treated with choledocholithotomy, the observation group(n=45)were underwent ultrasound-guided systemic liver resection, the effect in two groups were compared.Results①The intraoperative blood loss[(126.73±32.87)ml],the operation time[(82.25±3.17)min]and the hospitalization time[(9.72±1.63)d]were significantly lower than those in the control group[(289.95±21.39)ml,(138.63±19.25)min,(13.76±2.26)d](P<0.05).②The total effective rate was 93.33% in the observation group and higher than 72.73%in the control group.③The incidence of complication in the observation group(8.88%)was significantly lower than that of the control group(29.55%)(P<0.05).ConclusionUltrasound-guided treatment of intrahepatic bile duct stones in patients with systemic liver resection, can improve the removal rate of stones, shorten the recovery time of patients, and the safety is good, worthy of promotion.
