Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical value of CT and MRI in evaluating the residual lesions of primary hepatocellular carcinoma after interventional therapy. Methods The clinical data of 82 patients with primary hepatocellular carcinoma admitted to the Fifth People′s Hospital of Ganzhou City from August 2018 to August 2020 were retrospectively analyzed. The results of digital subtraction angiography (DSA) were taken as the gold standard. The sensitivity, specificity, accuracy and diagnostic efficiency of the two methods were compared. Results The sensitivity, specificity, accuracy and Kappa value of MRI in the diagnosis of residual lesions were 89.71%, 100.00%, 92.86% and 0.929 respectively, which were higher than 69.12%, 100.00%, 78.57% and 0.578 of dynamic contrast-enhanced CT, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion For the clinical diagnosis of residual lesions of primary hepatocellular carcinoma after interventional therapy, MRI has a more accurate result than CT dynamic enhancement, and it can examine the recurrent lesions earlier, and is of great significance to the formulation of subsequent treatment plans.
