Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Jianwei Xiaowei Decoction on chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods A total of 80 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis admitted to the Shaoguan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2019 to September 2020 were selected as the research subjects and divided into treatment group and control group according to random number table method, with 40 patients in each group.The treatment group was given Jianwei Xiaowei Decoction treatment, and the control group was given Weifuchun Tablets treatment, both groups were treated for 3 months.The clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndromes, pathological changes of gastric mucosa and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of TCM syndrome treatment in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).After treatment, the total pathological scores of both groups were lower than before treatment, and the treatment group was lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of gastroscopy and pathology in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group after treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions in both groups during treatment.Conclusion Jianwei Xiaowei Decoction has a good clinical effect on chronic atrophic gastritis, and can promote gastric mucosa repair to a certain extent, improve the atrophy of gastric mucosa and intestinal metaplasia, less adverse reactions, worthy of clinical application.
