他克莫司联合小剂量糖皮质激素治疗肾病综合征的效果

摘要目的探讨他克莫司联合小剂量糖皮质激素治疗肾病综合征的效果。方法选取2020年1—6月辽宁省健康产业集团铁煤总医院收治的100 例肾病综合征患者作为研究对象，按照随机抽签法分为观察组（50 例）与对照组（50 例），观察组采用他克莫司和小剂量糖皮质激素治疗方法，对照组采用小剂量糖皮质激素治疗方法，比较两组的治疗效果、不良反应以及肾功能指标。结果观察组患者治疗总有效高于对照组，不良反应总发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患者治疗后血清白蛋白高于对照组，而尿素氮、肌酐、24 h 尿蛋白定量低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论他克莫司和小剂量糖皮质激素治疗肾病综合征的效果十分显著，能够改善患者肾功能指标。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of Tacrolimus combined with low-dose glucocorticoid in the treatment of nephrotic syndrom. Methods A total of 100 patients with nephrotic syndrome admitted to Iron Coal General Hospital of Liaoning Health Industry Group from January to June 2020 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into observation group (50 cases) and control group (50 cases) according to the random lottery method. The observation group was treated with Tacrolimus and low-dose glucocorticoid, while the control group was treated with low-dose glucocorticoid. The therapeutic effect, adverse reactions and renal function indexes of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the total incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). After treatment, the serum albumin of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the urea nitrogen,creatinine and 24-hours urinary albumin of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion Tacrolimus combined low-dose glucocorticoid is effective in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome, which can improve the renal function of patients.
